3. Relationship Between ReadyCorp Switzerland and Lafayette Management Sàrl

“ReadyCorp Switzerland” is a commercial operating name of Lafayette Management Sàrl. All contracts, invoices, and legal obligations are held by Lafayette Management Sàrl.

4. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Ensure submitted documents comply with applicable laws
• Cooperate fully for service execution

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

5. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

• Fees are specified in the relevant offer or contract
• All fees are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude VAT unless stated
• Invoices are typically payable within 10 days

Late payments may result in interest charges, service suspension, or legal recovery actions. Fees for completed services are non-refundable.

6. Term, Renewal, and Termination

Engagements commence upon written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of payment. Some services may renew automatically unless cancelled in writing.

We may terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, false information, legal risk, or breach of obligations. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

7. Data Protection and Privacy (Swiss FADP)

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) for service delivery, communication, invoicing, and legal compliance.

Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Lafayette Management Sàrl or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
